腳痺,但繼續跑

真的,太久沒有做運動了,昨天跑了四十五分鐘十個圈(係咪超慢呢),今早一起床已經發現對腳開始有點兒不受自己控制。

今天晚上早了點兒吃晚飯,約晚上九時半左右,又心思思想再去跑步。怎麼說每星期做五個小時的運動也是今年的目標之一,沒有理由剛過立春不夠一年便甚麼也不做吧。於是乎,雖然對腳酸軟,但家有安美露,一於搽搽搽搽搽搽,凍到對腳痺晒,好舒服。然後二話不說又跑到運動場去。

今晚運動場有人踢足球,也不知是那隊跟那隊比賽了。藍衫好屎,我跑了四十分鐘八個圈,(係嘅,真係好慢)好像已輪掉了兩球給黃衫那隊。

今晚跑步,雖然辛苦,但好開心。冷風吹著我的面,跑步時又沒有帶電話,感覺好像沒有人找到自己似的。一邊跑,心情倒是輕鬆。

Keep running. You will get used to it and the soreness and fatigue will wear off.

I have to say I prefer running with a purpose. If I am playing football, then I am chasing the ball, or if I am playing Tennis, same concept. Pure running will get me confused as I seem to be running aimlessly.

Anyway, that's just me.

我哩,就好怕跑步。我喜歡有群體合作的競勝,譬如足球、籃球。

Thanks a lot for your encouragement. As I am not skilled in any sports, pure running is the most simplified way for me to do exercise.
